Sealed structural drawings and calculations — ready for permit submission to any Ontario municipality. Our engineers sign and stamp every set as Engineer of Record, so your permit application goes in right the first time.
On-site engineering presence at every construction stage. Our engineers provide Schedule 1 general review, sign off at required milestones, issue building condition assessments, and produce stamped inspection reports — each one signed and legally defensible.
Owner-side construction management from tender through substantial completion — schedule, cost, and contractor accountability managed by engineers who understand exactly what's being built and what it should cost.
The same licensed engineering, fixed-fee pricing, and direct access to the engineer on your project — whether it's a residential structural report or a 145-unit Passive House community.
Sealed structural drawings and permit support for additions, second storeys, load-bearing wall removals, foundations, underpinning, garages, and decks. You talk to the engineer working on your file — not a coordinator. Fixed fees, fast turnaround.
Sealed permit drawings, Schedule 1 general review, and construction management for small-commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects. Our engineers act as Engineer of Record and stay on the project from permit submission to final occupancy.
Full project delivery for affordable housing, municipal infrastructure, and public institutions — including Passive House and high-performance buildings. Our engineers have served as Engineer of Record and owner-side coordinator on projects from community housing to large-scale P3 programmes.
Five practice areas spanning the full building lifecycle — from the first structural calculation through final occupancy review.
Meadowbrook is Ontario's largest Passive House multi-residential building — a 10-storey, 145-unit residence in Windsor built by Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation. It was also the first new public housing built in Windsor in 30 years. Asridge's principal led owner-side coordination throughout.
Final airtightness result: 0.128 ACH — nearly 5× tighter than the Passive House International threshold. That result came from resolving real envelope and trades issues on site, not just modeling them. That experience informs every high-performance project we take on.
