Selected project experience that shapes our approach to envelope detailing, construction sequencing, and owner-side coordination.
Meadowbrook is a 10-storey, 145-unit Passive House residence in Windsor, built by Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation under CCDC 5B Construction Management. It is Ontario's largest Passive House multi-residential building and the first multi-unit public housing built in Windsor in 30 years.
Final airtightness came in at 0.128 ACH — nearly 5× tighter than the threshold required by Passive House International.
That number doesn't get hit on theory alone. It comes from working out envelope detailing on a real site, sequencing trades on real schedules, and resolving on-site value engineering when factory-built wall components had to be swapped for site installation mid-project.
Asridge brings that construction-floor experience to every Passive House and high-performance engagement — modeling, envelope review, and monitoring on site so the built result meets the performance the design promised.

The firm's leadership has worked across the full spectrum of construction — from United Nations infrastructure in East Africa to project controls on the $5.7B Gordie Howe International Bridge, one of North America's largest active P3 programmes connecting Windsor and Detroit.
That range — from site-level problem-solving on a Passive House envelope to programme controls on a major P3 — informs how Asridge estimates scope, sequences work, and protects schedule and budget on every project we manage, regardless of size.
More project case studies will be added as Asridge client engagements complete.
